I bought this one from a Gunboards Member. It is in Excellent condition. Only bluing loss is on the buttplate. All matching except bolt. The bore is brillant. Wood is perfect. This is a Navy Arms Import - that had to be in the 90's. It is the best I have owned.

Very very nice. I have three T-53s, and even combined, they don't have that much bluing!

Gary, Congratulations on a very nice find. I saw my very first one in a local shop yeaterday. It has a mis matched bolt, good bluing and bore, and a poly'd stock (some sprayed it and did an excellent job). Passed on it at $150. No where near as nice as yours. Denny

Nice type 53! Some of the early Navy Arms rifles are almost like new. (after refurb of course)
