Went on leave and had a chance to play with my milsurps.
I got a chance to shoot my Yugo SKS I got from PsychocontractorGuy a few months back at 50 and 75 yards. Basically a stock Yugo SKS still with a grenade launcher attached. The only mod I did was install a Tech sight aperture system.
Elevation was off but I dont have the tool needed to adjust it so I had to compensate.

That there is 3 shots after firing at least six rounds down range @ 50 yards.

A few rapid fire down range after dialing in the right windage adjustment. Not too concerned with breathing here.

This is a 75 yard group i had. that black circle is so small @ 75yards it's all I can do to keep my shots in the general area.

Thank you guys. Those tech sights did help a lot.
I would have done more shooting but all I have were 2 boxes of wolf ammo.
Those wolf ammo are sure accurate. Wonder if shooting cast bullets would have made a difference?

I've said it before, Yugo SKSs are AMAZINGLY accurate.....Out of all the SKSs I own, none can hold a light to the Yugos.

Yup WPA. Isnt that wolf ammo repackaged?
I wish I bought those bulk yugo ammo at SGA but I didnt have enough time.

Yugo SKS are known for their accuracy. Nonchromelined and a thicker barrel are the secrets to keeping those groups tighter . Using Yugo surplus with my Yugo M 59 66 on sandbag rest was 2.5 inch grps at 100 yds. Good enough for a cheap rifle . Shoot alongside guys with fancy ARs with scopes and Hornady Vmax, they will be amaze of the Yugo.
