Looking for all and sundry variations of mounting plates to suit the Martini Enfield action.. The ME was widely used here in Oz by the rifle clubs, but plates are rather uncommon.
I know that "Mues" produced one, but has anyone seen one stamped "MOTTY" ??.. the reason I ask there are a number of Motty sights that "do not" attach via the dumbell spring arrangement, and are too low for the Lee Enfield.. I believe that these were solely for use on the Martini !!

Cheers.

Motty sights

Hi Central,
you mention Motty sights. The information I have is that they were made by two NSW brothers who were shooters in the late 50s early 60s. It doesn't fit with them making Martini sights. Is it possible the sights were made for the No.4 or even the Omark?

regards
