I'd say a 1939 M38, even in a second pattern M38 stock, trumps a round receiver triple date MO M91/30. I double checked the MO page at my site and unless I miscounted there are 7 rifles like that listed there. I may very well have more in my e-mail that I haven't added since I haven't updated that page in about 6 months. There are also several triple date M38s which are round receivers. I've seen very few 1939 M38s for sale and only own a couple, one of which is in an M44 stock.
