Any of you Swiss collectors ever come across the Mondragon fifle?

Mondragon rifle . . .


Sold by Empire Arms on 4th May 2006

The last one publicly sold prior to this was a lesser example from the Hoffman collection (Old Town Station, 1999) which quickly sold for $8,500

Any idea what the 814 stamp on the wood means? also, just forward of the trigger is the safety, what is it just in front of that? It looks like a magazine release, but the magazine doesnt have one. Its not on earlier models. Was it this rifle, ser# 2041 that sold for $9500?
