Picked up the MO marked rifle in the pic below recently and have a question about terminology on these things. The one below has an original date of 1928, and a slash 49, and also has an MO/53. So is this considered a "Double Date MO" or a "Triple Date MO"? Or...?

nice one denny, i just found a laminated 91/30 triple date 1930/47/53 about 4 weeks ago. the sling had the sickle and hammer with date of 1953. tjm22shot54
