This is a civilian made version of the French service Modèle 1892 revolver not one made by the government arsenal Manufacture Nationale d'Armes de Saint Etienne (MAS) and therefore will not be usually dated.
These were made by Manufacture d'Armes et Cycles de Saint Etienne or otherwise known as Manu-France or 'La Manu' for the civilian market and exports. This one is probably one of the top of the line made ones due to the gold lettering.
