Just got back from Nashville, Tenn. Went to the Semi Annual Tennessee Military Collectors Assoc. show. Pretty good show. Saw a beautiful GEW 98 , 1916 Berlin.. completely unmessed with, all matching.. Price was a bit out of my range at 1200.00 . But it was a beautiful rifle.
Did make a swap with a guy in the parking lot... I'll -post pics tomorrow or Monday. Got a nice Pfm 71 with the early hilt. This one is dated 87. Nedless to say was tickled to get it.

Here are the pics of my latest aquisition, what I think is a nice PFM 71 with an early hilt. The regimental markings are not matching and I could use some help on identifying the markings. On the bayonet the markings that I can see are; 22.E ( or possibly F).2 not sure if any are worn off or not. Markings on scabbard are; 12.AF.7.118.
