Its possible the markings are under the paint. But it looks like they were scrubbed.

I do a serial number off to the right side on tan/gold painted area.

I can make out serial numbers all around on smaller parts. Most are numbered "1910" but they are barely visible. Even the wood is numbered on the underside which is cool.

Not wishing to detract from TWINCOLLECTORS thread - MADBOAT mentioned making reproduction sled pads. Would be interesting if you would post how. Do you have the blue prints? Original horse hair 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪?
