I would like to know the exact meaning of the Czech acceptance mark in the picture

ZB 61 "rampant lion" 97

What the "ZB" "61" and "97" stand for ?

Thanks in advance

on a polish wz.48 .22 training rifle.

so ZB should be "Zbrojovka Brno",

61 the first year of proof

97 the second year of proof

Right?

dont believe ZB 61 is a fireproof for Zbrojovka Brno, it looks like one stamp, it could be for number of fireproof and who realised it, important is the lion 97 stamp. It dont have any sense that a polish rifle would be ZB proofed.

The Polish wz.48 training rifle was also issued in Czechoslovakia and marked with this type of proof marks.
