Matching 8th Series Nagoya T99

This late 8th series Nagoya Type 99 is in fantastic condition.

The mum is neatly scrubbed. This is a numbers matching example. The last 3 of the receiver serial number, 036, appear on the bolt handle root, extractor, striker, and safety stem. The front band is unnumbered.

The two piece stock and short handguard retain their original finish with crisp inspection mark. The 3 nail wooden butt plate shows a little wear and their is a small defect to the rear of the single screw sling swivel.

The action screws and recoil bolt screw remain staked. The magazine floor plate, spring and follower, along with the magazine box, shows little to no use.

The bore is clean, shiny, with sharp rifling.

I did put a few rounds through this about 2 years ago. It functions as it should.

Bayonet shown is available as well for an additional $100 shipped with rifle. It is a later Hikari Seiki Seisakusho Arsenal with a blued blade. Factory edge.
