Went camping this weekend on buddy's farm. Brought my IJ-70 for some practice. Had my 13 and 9 year old with us. After the clay targets were finished I gave them a little lesson in balastics explaining the difference between FMJ and HP. The target was 8 note pads of paper. Watching the kids go thru the pads to find the bullet was so much fun. They were amazed at how the HP expands. Then we blasted a few milk jugs full of water with HP. Their eyes were popping!

Sounds like a fine day out! I remember as a kid learning to shoot and learning about bullets and what they do... They'll remember this for years as well:)
