I just bought a nice 91/59 for $195 from GB sponsor Allan's Armory. It needs a very small stock repair, which I can easily do, but looks very clean in the pictures. Also, all matching numbers, built on a 1943 Izhevsk chassis.
These are the rather mysterious origin rifles first seen when Stasi guards defected from East Germany -it will make a perfect pair with my East German Makarov. (Lapin says it was 91/38s brought by border guards, while many others say the US Army says 91/59s.)
