Ran into a nice M 94, all matching, no import marks or extra holes, but the stock was Bubba'ed. I put an ad in the WTB section, but am not going to hold my breath. Someone told me that some of the Spanish carbine stocks will fit without and modification. Is this true ? TIA !

Well , not your lucky day ! This M94/14 Fortress stock set just sold for $401 this morning .

Not many are to be found now days . You might luck up on one in a yard sale for $20 , but most people know they are worth a lot of money . I don't know for a fact that a Spanish carbine stock will work or not . I do not recall anyone mentioning it here on the Forum before ?

m94 stock options

The Spanish m1895 carbine stock is very similar but has a different sling arrangement. An original m95 carbine stock might not be much easier to find than the m94's.

 

[Dutchman]

The distance between guard screws is the same with the 1893 Spanish but the magazine body is not the same. The Swede has a longer magazine box.
