A fellow has brought 5 guns for me to look at and value.. since my niche is German and Japanese, I am slightly out of my area.
The rifle is a 1908 rifle, made for Brazil by DWM at Oberndorf, matching with the exception of bolt and floorplate. Wood very good and original finish. Overall, I would say 70-80%, with nice in the white receiver and bolt.
I have the value range at 250-350, am I close.

You're close. But at only 70% ~ 80%, I'd say closer to $250 than to $350.

just personal exsperience, but I bought one about 6 months ago in very similar condition for $180 + shipping.
