i have a man wanting to sell a high turret 98 metal looks good stock refinished told me he found gun without mount or scope went to work found both put it together any idea what its worth

Pictures would be the first thing with a investment like this.....unless you can get it for a RC price plus the scope/mount value.

Is it "correctly" German matching other then the mount/scope?


I can tell you there are more with problems then correct that's for sure in my neck of the woods.

Per the above, pics. However, from the description without pics I can definitively say that the value would be from the hundreds to the thousands.

Well, WL, no matter, it will still serve as information even if it is a simulation. I remember in drivers' ed in high school we sat in a long trailer behind fake steering wheels and "drove" on a moving point of view movie projected on the far wall. It wasn't real driving but it sure beat algebra.
