Hi Jake,
Turn the slide over and near the back of the slide is a small screw.
Remove the screw, with your finger over the firing pin for when it ejects, and the firing pin will slide right out.
The spring may come out also or you may need to lightly tug it to get it out.
I don't see this shown on the schematic.

Thanks Larry for the help, I appreciate it.
When I pulled out the firing pin spring it was so gunked up I could hardly see the spring coils.
Cleaned it up and it functions fine.
