I too, made an inquiry about this book to the Royal Armouries. Their reply to me is below:
Hi Gunnar, the stats of The Italian Vetterli System book are as follows:
Pages: 56
Illustrations: black and white photographs, some diagrams and etchings, all in black and white
The shipping by Royal Mail airmail for one of these books to the USA is £5.50.

Just thought you guys might like to know - $40 US (including shipping) for only fifty-six pages - not all of them text - and only b+w pictures. I still might get it though.
