Hello

it looks like a tool for linking cartridges in belt. But what system for - Vickers, Maxim, MG08 or another?
Any ideas?

Hello,

it is for German MG 08 and 08/15. This device has been observed either with German WW1, or German Reichswehr or Polish interwar markings.
