I just picked up a Erfurt Kar 98AZ on an auction board for $499.99. Its a mixmaster but all original with original sling, butcher bayonet, scabbard and frog and is non-import marked. Its in NRA VG condition.

I am surprised that more people didnt bid. Did I miss something on this one?

Bill,

Looks like the Butt plate/guard/Mag match. The Bolt matches itself but does not match the reciever. I figured that the original sling, bayonet and Frog were worth $200.00 so I got an early stocked KAR 98AZ for $299.99.

Mixed SN's but of the correct type/mfg. Non-Matching but correct.
