K98a Another Unfamiliar Marking

Picked this one up recently. The "sunburst" marking on the floor plate and trigger guard. E. German??

Serial number looks Polish but I don't collect 98a's so not sure. See if that gets you closer though.

The rifle is a Polish K98a.

It doesn't look like E. German..

The Poles used all sorts of strange looking symbols for process stamps. That is probably all these are.
