Posted this at the other board, but we need some more rifles here too for people to reference, so here is mine. This is an all matching qve45 K43 from the 'l' block, January 1945 production. Rifle is brand new, fresh out of the factory crate. During the L block, BLM used an uppercase 'L' on the stock serial instead of the script 'l' for some reason. BLM also stained their stocks throughout production.

I always loved that rifle. UPS is what caused that scratch on the front sight base. I packed that rifle like crazy when I shipped it (years ago) and they still managed to ding it. Does it still have the spare parts and manual in the buttstock?

Ugh, don't get me started on UPS! I would never trust them again after they lost a rifle I sent off for about 2 months. They ended up sending it back to my FFL's house and not the address, and the box was chewed up. They didn't even refund me my shipping money. :(

USPS is my favorite way to go now.
