Nice find, one of the best I've yet seen. Can you show the pocket's contents? Also, are there any markings on the case? Seems one I used to have was marked on the round end cap but I may be misremembering.
Ya know, being that it was at a flea market ya might ask if there was more to this at home??

Strange how both the canvas and leather cases have the large loop in the middle (as well as the lower belt) yet I've not seen any evidence of the upper belt/sling attachment on the leather cases. The top cap of the leather one I had, had this partial inspection mark.
