Have a look at this beauty! This is a Japanese 105mm howitzer that is in perfect condition complete with sighting mechanism (behind the German AT gun). Found among Mr. Littlefield's 200 tank/armoured vehicle collection. A special thanks to CW for the hot lead about the tour!

Don't know the exact caliber but there is one of these field pieces in the Texas Air Museum located at the Municipal Airport in Slaton,Texas.(about 25 mi. south of Lubbock)

Is the breech restored or original? Doesn't appear to be demilled.
Mr. Littlefield used to have one of those oddball Japanese tracked personel carriers many years ago. I wonder if he traded it away?

There is another 105 at the Oregon Military Museum in Clackamas Oregon (near Portland) as well as one of those small T-95 tanks.

Yep, he's got everything. A screw (propeller) from the Lusitania sits in front of one of his tank garages.

That is a Type 95 75mm field gun. Looks very similar but the 105 is larger with a longer shell tray.

Hi Vicasoto,

I believe that the gun at the Oregon Military Museum is also a Type 95 75mm field gun (I've only seen one pic and it looked like a 75mm but I could be wrong). That's my next "field trip"...

Then again, he does have an arsenal that rivals some third world countries!
