I've found that the front sight adjustment tool for my AK/SKS's does just fine getting the stock screw out. I don't know if it's the one I bought, but the slot cut that you use to adjust the elevation fits perfectly on the screw. As for a gas adjustment tool they can be had for about $15, I can't remember where I got mine, but it was $15 and works great.

I have some front sight tools and completel tool kits if you need one.
