Question.

I looked at an Iraqi Marked Kreigsmodell K98k today. It was an SWP 45 with a mismatch bolt. It was in extremely nice, like arsenal rebuild new condition condition. It looked too good to be true so I passed at $500. All of the Iraqi Marked K98ks I've seen in the US and in Iraq were in very used condition. Has anyone else seen a as new rebuilt Iraqi marked K98k before? Did I miss out on a good rifle? I've been on the hunt for one, but not keen on personal reworked rifles.

There are some good Iraqi k98s out there. Most are pretty beat, but not all. It's like Israeli k98s. Good ones do turn up here and there.
