Interesting PE scope

I saw that. I doubt if it'll ever be of any use again, but bet it saw some action in it's day...Maybe the guy who owned it buried it rather than be caught with it?...

Is it SSR mount?

It looks like a SSR with the top straps from the orginal russian mount. Note that the scope is fitted further back to get the correct eye relief.
