Does anyone know anything about this cartouche? Its on a 1940 Tikka M91...haven't taken it out of the stock to find the tang info. TIA.

Looks like a New England Westinghouse Cartouche. nice one. Denny

wrong side to be a Westinghouse. Likely the original russian stock mark.
