I was nosing around a local gunshop's "junk pile" of stuff he's gotten at estate sales and such and happened upon a box of 8mm ammo. What caught my eye was the cases look to be copper plated steel. Was wondering if you guys could help ID this ammo for me. Here is the headstamp info:

Yep, and I don't think that price is too high. I've paid a little more for some rounds. As long as you're happy with the price paid that's all that matters.

Well this is cool. I am thinking of making a display gunbox case for my 1938 JP Sauer with a 1938 dated bayonet. Now that I have period ammo to dispay with it... that would be cool. Anyone know where I can get some period ammo boxes?
