I wonder if they were an FTR conversion or done at Base Workshop level. The procedure would be something like....
1) Take one Mk3 Martini Henri rifle.
2) Remove stacking swivel screw and swivel
3) Fit swivel and screw to Magazine Lee Enfield Mk1 parts as required to complete the rifle.
