I was looking about online when I found a picture of a Mexican Mauser, dated 1924, clearly marked FN on one side, with this...

And I recalled the only marks on my M24/47 (besides Yugo M.24/47, crest, serial, and Zavod 44) was this...

I think it's a good match. What say ye?

Do you (or anyone) know the production numbers for the FN guns versus overall M24 production?
