I got an Izhevsk 1891 mosin Nagant with the SA and D marked it nice shape it is dated 1905 no austrian capture marking but I still could not resist
I paid 200 for her the Bolt is mark with the serial then behind the bolt handle is tk what does this mean?

The tk mark is likely just a production inspection or proof.

Sounds like a nice rifle for a decent price.

Thanks. Thats what I thought but was not sure. I should be posting pictures tonight or tomorrow so everyone can see it. I must say that out of all the Mosin Nagants I own the 1891 is my favorite. This is my Second example but I am sure it will not be the last. I want to aquire one of each Austro-Hungarian captured mark but they have to be on finned m91s So it matches my AZF marked one
