I found how to delete photos HERE in this section BUT still not able to locate information about actually deleting a thread I started

You can not. Only a mod or admin can physically delete a posting.

Ah, thank you! I posted a WTB in the .22 caliber forum. I didn't realize that was against the forum rules. I would delete it if I could.
