I know 71/88 Beaumonts aren't exactly rare or anything but I can't find a clear number as to exactly how many they made and how many were converted single shots or made as Vitali repeaters from the start. Are the bulk of them here in the US or just a small percentage? If any of you know the details of this I'm curious to learn.

in the year 1882 they registered totaly 139463 rifles m71 ,in 1894 they registered 51900 pieces model m71/84 and 94600 m71 these numbers are publisched in the "handelingen der staten generaal 1868 /1895" each first day of january
in 1892 they still had 80437 sniders registered

ps .in 1883 the navy had 5562 rifles registered (only single shot where used in the navy with sword bayonets )
