Wouldn't you rather keep stuff like that to use as barter come SHTF? Swapping for stuff you may have to bet your life on in an emergency , that you can't inspect in advance, and that comes with no warranty or guarantee, person to person could lead to some hard feelings on the forum ... Not saying GI surplus, as a category specifically, is that life or death, but alot of stuff traded called survival gear could be.

We have a trader forum already, why not use that ...

There will not be a buy sell section in this forum. Use the non-firearms trader forum up topside if you must, but I agree with Ammosgt. If you can you should keep the stuff for your own use, or to trade later on in a real, survival-barter situation.
