That is great news.

Adds another option. I need to get some and run them thru the jugs & boards and compare to the others I've shot.

I know the Hornady Spire Point is a classic of sorts for them, but I admit I wish it was a Round Nose. I emailed Prvi to see if they plan to export their 285 RN any more. I sure hope so. I've got around a thousand of them so they should last a little while anyway. Nevertheless, for inexpensive shooting and probably good performance in the x57, we still have the Speer bullets. They shoot pretty well from my guns and I like them, though I haven't shot any game with them yet.

I wonder if the Hornady will open up well at longish x57 velocities {200+- yards?} I was very happy with the expansion of the PP bullet at just over 200 long paces on both deer and elk last season.

Well, if the Hornady number doesn't open up, there's aways the hollow pointer, or, yes, the swaged 7.62 Tokarev-case-jacketed-wheelweighted wonders!

I'd really like to see Hornady make a 225 gr 9.3mm/.366" version of their 225 gr .375" Spire Point InterLock.

But, any new 9.3 bullets on the market is good news!
