Did the Fins ever modify the cocking knob on m27 bolts? I'm asking this because the connecting bar w/wings will not fit correctly under the cocking knob on my m27. The cocking knob is the early type with relief cut.

If the winged connector bar is a NOS piece and has never been on a rifle before, it will most likely need to be fitted with some careful file work. I got a couple of these from Vic a few years ago and both had to be fitted before they would slip onto the cocking piece.

Just like you said, it needed to be fitted. Works fine now, thanks.
