This Imperial Tula M91 has a RSV marking on the receiver. Any ideas as to what it means?

Sorry I don't recall seing that in about 20 years of looking at MNs. MAYBE it's on Ted's site (www.7.62x54r.net). Have you checked there? BTW- nice looking M91.
