Hello,
Here's some pictures of a bayonet my friend brought back from Iraq. The catch is missing and the end was filled with some sort of putty. It also looks like it was sharpened for use as a knife. I'm trying to determine the country of origin. The only markings are some faint numbers on the scabbard. Any thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks,
Ken

Romanian - Very standard. They sell in the same configuration for about $20 at Copes Distributing.
