I've had this stashed 10-20 years,I know it's 7.62x54r but any body know what it is?

Yep, Yugo with the M908 “L” spitzer bullet with lead core......could well be “remanufactured” by PPU using Soviet WWII-era steel cases

Edit......

ППУ 6705 = PPU, 67 is the year and 05 is the lot number
Letter “C” after M908 = СОВИЕТ (Soviet) and denotes Soviet cases used
Letter P = pretty sure it stands for “Remanufactured” (Ремонтован, Remontovan).

I sold a rifle on Gunbroker last week and noticed the crazy prices of ammo.I mentioned it to my wife and she said please please don't sell ANY ammo.She is a keeper

I have a case of the HB packaged and crated the same way, but made at pre-breakup PPU instead of using Sov cases.
