Hi all, I have a marking on a 1942 bayonet I am trying to decipher "ruB" . It appears twice. see photo and let me know if you have any insights. Much appreciated and Happy New Year -(
Metal Blade Sword Tool Steel
I hope they don't tax our guns too much!)

Great input. I’ll look for the additional markings. I have not seen an SAP mark anywhere.

That’s awesome mate. Thanks for posting these photos. Quite the collection. You know what mum used to say, “you can never have enough lithgow bayonets!”

There are some Lithgow P07s for sale on GB and I saw one on eBay.
