the tag is a capture tag, all of them were written in english. its kind of a form of bring back papers. I have a similar tag attached to a T-14 nambu.

Me too. Why only $50.00? Is it a repro? Please enlighten. Or, are you saying that the tag, and "story" should've only added $50.00 to the final value? Which shoulda been about half, or less than it sold for.

Helmet is a minty, unissued small size army helmet worth between $650. - $1000. tops. An original U.S.capture tag by itself I'd value around $50. - $100. so that's my math = a very overpriced auction
