I know it's not german but I didn't see a general militaria forum so I hope you don't mind me asking, I figure you guys would be able to ID it right away. Have this one coming to me, I am thinking it is later civilian helmet but not sure, any idea? Just wanted something that looks neat for my gun room.

I believe that your helmet is Swedish, but I make that call from memory and not checking my references.

Think I found it, looks like an M26, thanks for the help.

Looks ww2 swedish. Check inside the padding for horse hair. If it's cotton base check to see if it's a synthetic. You can do this via black light.
