Happy Holidays to you all on this great forum. It took me 4 days to get here for Christmas, and I arrived in time for a 3-foot snowstorm. After several days we managed to get the kids home and the presents were unwrapped this morning with all in attendance. The home looks like a slice of eastern Afghanistan - about 12 rugs on the floors, carved wooden bowls, marble vases, silk scarves - I left some good friends in eastern Afghanistan who couldn't leave for Christmas and I send my best wishes to them all.
It's a good Christmas for the North Benders. I hope it is for all the mak fans out there too.

Merry CHRISTmas Everyone in Makdom
It has been a good Christmas here in Indy. We had a little Sun for Christmas which is a welcome sight after all the cold weather and ICE storms. I'd rather 3 feet of snow Bender. I am so happy to hear you were able to be here at this time, and enjoy your family and friends in wintry Washington. I was sick with fever since last Sunday evening, and finally went to a Med Check on Christmas eve. I got meds to kill the infection and meds to sleep good for the 1st time in several days. Ahhhhhhh. I felt 100% better on Christmas day. I talked to the Doc's assistant yesterday and expressed my gratitude for his sacrifice for making it a wonderful Christmas for me and my family. As I am grateful to all you Makarovnik's that make this a fun and informative forum to frequent. Bartsitarski, got your new addie? I still have the two possibles.

Thanks for the kind words Timbo (and others). We got seriously snowed in here in west Michigan, but I managed to get out and retrieve my parents for the holidays.
Thanks to everyone who supported Makarov.com over the years and I'm sorry we can't continue to be here to support everyone's habit.
A belated Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous 2009 to everyone.
I've been busy liquidating more Makarov parts and other stuff from Makarov.com on Gunbroker, so thanks to everyone who has been supporting that effort.
