Welcome to the Boards. Where the heck did you find a link to this sub-board (The Egyptian Firearms Forum)/ I thought it was dead and replaced with the Middle Eastern Forum.
As Spartan says, different sights were available, and have been for sale on a few of the on-line auction sites. You can also try different ammo with a heavier bullet. Most Hakims should shoot close to POI with ammo loaded to the original German spec.
