Bob's CD, is worth owning. The best part, is his bayonet ID guide "for dummies". You don't have to have a clue as to a bayonets origin. Just be able to see it. The ID guide walks you through by blade style and length, Handle material. Guard shape, etc. All multiple choice. When you click, submit. a photo pops up, using the features you submitted. Pretty cool.

Thanks for input! Then I'll go for a copy. I don't see too many non-local bayonets over here (i.e., nowt that's not somehow related to the Ottoman army and WWI), but who knows!
