Can someone post instructions or, better yet, a link detailing the steps required for removal and disassembly of a Gras bolt?

Remove screw on right rear side of reciever , slide bolt assembley out .
Hold bolt body turn rear section relieving tension on spring , slide off
bolt head . Put firing pin on hard surface push down and retainer will pop
up , slide off retainer and ease tension of spring . assemble in reverse order .

Before pushing down on the firing pin, don't forget to position the bolt plug by lining up its slot with the mark on the rear part of the bolt.

When the bolt head is off, the extractor is not secured anymore, don't loose it.
