I believe once you have just the receiver, it ceased to become C&R and it must be sold through an FFL, if done online or out of state.
Going rate for Beretta M1 reciever?
I'm sitting on one I've had for awhile and would like to put it in the Trader. It's a stripped Beretta made reciever made for the Danish military. Danish crown. All patina. I was gonna have someone build me a .308 some day but have decided not to. Please do not email me wanting it. Just trying to get a feeling for the price. And is it C+R?
