The boxes are interesting, but not that uncommon. With 3 different primer types visible, I'm not really sure what you have in the boxes, however.

All the ammo in the 3 boxes looks the same as far I can tell. The loose ammo was packed in the metal tin by the previous owner.Thew was also about another 300 or so loose WW2 carbine rounds. So if the correct ammo is in the boxes, is this something to hold on to or should I just use it?

I would keep the best box, along with 5 rounds (just in case someone needs it). The rest I would shoot up.
