Typical B-Patrone. Primer anullus is black to indicate the incendiary nature of the load. Not exactly a rare cartridge, but you don't see them every day either.
I think what he meant was that the factory using the "auy" code in your headstamp previously used the "P154" and that both represent the Polte, Gruneberg factory.
B-Patrone boxes seem to be less common than the cartridges themselves.
